  30. BBQ is huge here in Texas but I've never seen or heard of any female that could operate a smoker or any female that became a pitmaster. In fact, cooking with a grill/smoker is considered a manly art here. Same goes for chili cook-offs and cowboy Dutch oven style cooking. I'm sure there are females doing it, I've just never seen it myself.

He's done martial arts since 17yo and is 3rd level black belt. He is free to work where he wants and turns down what he doesn't want. He's never made big $$$ but he's never had anyone else burning thru his money either.
