This dog has been Severally Abused. This is the same reactions a Abused person has when they have never known a Kind or loving touch. He is EXPECTING to be struck by your hand. And him EXPECTING a beating makes you understand the dog is not Angry but attacking IN FEAR. You would to if you EXPECTED a beating from family rather then a Loving HUG. I am happy you were able to Teach him what love is.
