Driver at 9:17, when your car reaches higher speeds you have a chance to hydroplance because of the speed your car is going. the hydroplaning happens regardless of the tread on your tires. to fast and if the temp outside was low, ice would make this more dangerous. black ice is when the color of the ice is as black as the nights sky. good luck and hope this info helps calm you.
