  1. 4:58, Took me a second to realize why this woman thanked the Mayors office when this happened. Then it dawned on me, SHE DIDNT CALL THE 911 LINE. She called the mayors office and THE MAYOR called the COPS. Strange how when you call the Mayor office that the Cops who hate you for cutting their Funding in half have some PEP in their step.
