Putin is a criminal, a gangster and killer; peace for him is very risky because he will end up in jail, when Russian people find out the scale of theft and murders he has unleashed upon the Russian people. He needs to carry on intoxicating the Russian people with his envy, hate and destructive ambitions; war does this for him.
