Orban swallows all the humiliation of being unmasked at the eyes of the large European, including Hungarian, public for two reasons: the money he gets or expect to get from Europe, and the approval of Putin, who wants him inside Europe to cause disruption and contribute to weakening European consensus. Putin would not see any value in him outside the EU. So, he acts as a foreign agente interested in undermining the European Union. If he did not have such intentions, by acknowledging the disruption his presence is causing, he would voluntarily give up and withdraw, for the good of Europe. But he does not have such moral standard, so he carries on, disrupting and being repeatedly demoralized and humiliated. Shameless of a man, letting everyone see his low morality.
