  1. It's like I've heard from expert attorney and professor James Duane: if you're guilty, don't talk to the police, but if you're innocent, DEFINITELY never talk to the police. The point being you WILL talk yourself into a crime, maybe something you don't even realize. It's why he reframes the 5th Amendment as asserting your RIGHT TO REMAIN INNOCENT by never answering questions, it can only hurt you.

  2. Any free tech products means YOU, the end user, are THE PRODUCT. Gmail isn't the product, your eyes seeing ads and your data harvested from said email and being sold to 3rd parties is the product.
