  1. They did the opposite during the California wildlifes, those cars in that area were remote unlocked to max range regardless of model so people could escape easier. What that said to me is if they can remotely increase all cars' range somewhere, they can remotely decrease all cars' range to 1% too if they wanted.

  5.  @The_Ballo  states may vary. I get a very nice, fancy, certified and emboss stamped title here in MO, and only one can exist per vehicle. Why would the DMV spend tons of money housing all that? They outsource title holding to owners and require YOU to have it to get plates or make sales.
