That's the point...they SHOULD People need to be more technical in their knowledge.   3. You want to see some real fun, burn some trash in a burn barrel and forget you tossed a AA ultimate lithium battery in there when it was dead...suckers go off like a grenade. Legal: Do not dispose of or expose batteries to fire.

  4. If taking it apart reduces it's structural integrity...that would mean that assembling it the first time, that manipulation of the parts, weakened them to start with.

  5. Which is why a metallic boss/insert and a machine screw should be used, like seen in many laptops.

  6. Maybe they need to spend the extra $0.15 per unit and use a brass or metallic boss and real machine screws to go in them. I've seen that arrangement in MANY laptops.
