When they bought Fox, they were forced by the US Justice Dept to sell off all the regional sports networks like Fox Sports and such because they already own ESPN and that would be too much market share. So, they sold those networks to Sinclair, the largest owner of all the local TV stations in the US, for over $6 billion.
