The dad bod thing never made sense to me, I never worked out a day in my life until I had NIECES, and now it's gym 2 hours a day, diet locked down, losing weight like crazy, getting yoked, because I have someone to live for. I want to be around for as long as possible to help raise and protect these girls, and they're not even my kids. I'd be working even harder if I had kids. When I was single and had no reason to get jacked, I was 310lbs. When I think of Dad Bod in my head, I think of one of those firefighter fundraiser calendars where they'll all like 300lbs of muscle at 5% bodyfat. A dad is a protector and that requires top shape.

  2. Now wait, it does take work and effort if you're succeeding at being MASSIVLY obese. You need to work to eat enough to get to like 500lbs lol.
