  2. I like the idea of things being the opposite, you divorce, The State seizes and liquidates everything you both own, you restart life single, alone, broke, with nothing, both of you. If you have kids the state takes them till 18 and they get all your liquidated asset proceeds. Sounds insane, it is by design to make marriage actually matter to everyone. You'd not flippantly marry someone if losing them resets you both in life. I feel if you even believe in divorce you cannot get married. That's like cutting yourself and expecting not to bleed.

  3. You can't corerce someone into something they demand. She demands the wedding, that comes with a prenup. It's like wanting kids but not to give birth, it takes both parts.

  4. You can't coerce her into a prenup, because she has the rest of her life to read it. Because there's no wedding without it. I'm giving her the power to choose when she gets married! As long as its after signing. She needs a day, cool, she needs forever, great too. Ill be doing whatever im doing while shes over there doing that.
