  4. I understand not showing the entire event, but I feel that does a disservice. Everyone should watch the full video, they should SEE the brutality, the horrible death, so they can see what CAN happen. So they can have that image in their mind the next time they say something inane like "Police shouldn't be armed on traffic stops". "I can't understand why officers are suspicious of everyone". Because sometimes, they pull over a drug lord that fires a rifle into their skull, that's why.

From what I've seen, a lot of this was discussed over the Indianapolis shooting where the officer thought she grabbed her taser but was her handgun, and it was a surprise when she fired a fatal round...that dept mandates the officer carry their taser on the non-dominant side. If you're right handed the Taser is on the left, so you absolutely know which one you're grabbing. Makes sense.

  8. Reminds me of my friends story when he was training to be a paramedic. He was in the last leg of training, riding an ambulance full time, and answered a call for pregnancy complications. On the way to the hospital the patient mother died, they tried resuscitation the whole way, and en route the fetus, stillborn, spontaneously delivered right in the ambulance, and he had to hold this dead baby all the way to the ER...he filled out his paperwork, called his currently also pregnant wife at home to cry, and quit on the spot. Nope, not for him.

  9. It's almost more weird to me seeing the shooter being so CASUAL. It would be one thing to see them larping special forces, all tucked in, crouch walking fast all over, jerking the muzzle around. But it's bizarre to imagine being so BLASE and NONCHALANT during my murder rampage.
