  1. Never talk to the police ESPECIALLY if you're INNOCENT. Their job is to talk you into a criminal act, even if you've done nothing. Any lawyer who disagrees is not one worth having. Look into Dr James Duane. Read his book "You Have the Right To Remain Innocent".

  2. 5th Amendment. Remember, never talk to police if you're guilty, but DEFINITELY never talk to the police if you're INNOCENT. If you've done nothing wrong, SAY NOTHING. You will talk yourself into crime even if you haven't committed one.

  3. Wow, I'm a heartless Conservative and these comments terrify me. You're all insane. This is the United States, not a 3rd world hellhole or Balkan gulag. Force him to confess? Waterboard him?
