  11. Which is super-ironic because if you go over the MSNBC, they're saying literally the mirror opposite of this, and stating the President IS a monarch. I guess we forget somehow after 8th grade civics that the President is THE leader and global representative of the United States, he in fact DOES speak for We The People with the 'royal we', if you want to call it that, and that's been the case for over two centuries. The Supreme Court ruled during the admin of Democrat Hero FDR, In United States v. Curtiss-Wright Export Corp (1936), that "In international relations, the President is the sole organ of the Federal Government." It's an exclusively Executive power and that's an unchanged, unchallenged precedent. Whatever the President, whomever that may be, says goes in foreign policy and relations, and the decision even states that is regardless of Congress. It also rules that Congress has no jurisdiction over, or right to interfere in foreign affairs or policy. Their purview is solely inside the US.

  13. Lol, you can bring witnesses, whoever you want, as long as they're only picked from this list of ours of the people we want as witnesses. I'd love to see, as White House witnesses, The President of Ukraine, Joe and Hunter Biden, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, all to speak on the events in question that underpin this entire impeachment inquiry: the previous Admin's illegal withholding of military aid to Ukraine contingent upon demands made on their country's staffing, to wit, the Prosecutor Mr Biden didn't like and asked removed, which happened, and he is on video clearly and creepily bragging about making it happen. BUT, this proceeding is not a court, the rules of law and fairness are suspended, there are no cross examinations, there are no evidentiary rules, there are no standard objections. It's kind of like that stacked and rigged grand jury system where only the prosecution gets to present all non-exculpatory evidence, there is no challenge to it, and you can indict a ham sandwich for a capital crime.
