True, if you told someone 15 years ago that RDJ would turn things around AND become the highest paid actor of all time, making nearly half a billion dollars off one single character, people would think YOU were high

Don't worry, the machine elves will take care of it. They always take care of it.

Irony: Joe's disingenuousness is about the only real criticism I have as a long term listener and fan.

"acknowledge it in words with plain emotion either out loud or in your head, then push through it anyway." Ironically that's the same advice for dealing with poltergeists in the home.

The platonic compliment doesn't have to have anything to do with how hot someone is. It could be that you saw them order a certain drink, hey that's a great choice, good job lol. As you said, she knows how hot she is, so compliment something she doesn't know she has going on.

That look at 6:30 on...you don't need to know anything about expressions or nonverbal communications, any human can innately see he looks PISSED. Livid. Outraged, and rightly so.

I got over the drawing attention and getting comfortable with it when I worked as a student computer lab worker in college. Routinely, we'd get called out to a classroom for some computer/equipment issue, and it's you, on stage in front of 200 students, real-time troubleshooting a PC issue, and the class can't go on until you fix whatever it is. That's a REAL throw-you-in-the-deep-end way of not only drawing attention while you're nervous, but getting past it enough to do a skilled job under that pressure. After a few years it got way easier.

I've had my experiences with entheogenic hallucinogens, and it was good for expanding your perceptions and causing a 'reset' that can really help you...BUT, always be sure to preface whatever you take away from it with the realization that "Yeah...but I was also REALLY high at the time." That doesn't discount the experience or good that comes from it, but just needs to be kept in mind.

I've watched JRE for about a year now...Brendan Schaub was a fighter? Like, a serious competition one? [laughs for several minutes] I never got that impression from his appearances.
