It's like when they talk about threats to OUR democracy...they really do mean THEIR democracy, NOT the democracy you and I regular people live in where we're all fucked, No, it's a threat to the elitist democracy THEY enjoy. Once you realize that subtle nuance, what they say means something totally different. We can't have Elon telling people to vote, that threatens OUR democracy, er cough um, I mean to democracy lol. It's like the bad guy straight up saying "No, I can't do that, I'd lose my unfair advantage!"
