  1. The thing to remember about corporate personhood is in the US criminal law ONLY applies to PEOPLE. If you are deemed a non-person, you are now above and exempt from ALL criminal law at all levels. It's been that way since the 1500s English law. If you want to make corporations completely immune from all criminal liability and thus give them infinite power, well that's A choice, not sure it's a better choice.
