  1.  @61936  2024 Ninja 500, I also have a 96 M3. The M3 will do 0-60 in about 5 seconds, and my little 50hp bike would annihilate it. Mainly because 0-60 in that manual M3 takes three shifts, it's just 2 on the bike.

  2. Because that Karen switching lanes into the side of my Expedition will just be a lovely picnic, right? I'm probably just as dead as if I was on my Ninja, or not because fun fact, on the bike you're a traffic fighter jet, it's easy to see that shit coming at normal speeds.

  3.  @KjKase  that's the great thing about being on two wheels, just hit the throttle and escape that situation with velocity! Fighter jet mindset, get out of that dogfight BS, leave it behind. I worried about traffic until I realized hey, I can outmaneuver, outgap, out accelerate and outstop ANY of these jokers, what am I afraid of? I did get snuck up on the other day and I didn't like that, cruising on the highway, 'felt' the wind change somehow, glanced around and there was an F150 RIGHT next to me in the left lane slowly passing me, I probably could have reached over and pushed off from the passenger fender.

  4. Like Teslas are pretty damn fast, but take out about 6000lbs of battery and they'd be REALLY damn fast lol.

  5.  @smallbutdeadly931  Honestly, I was surprised at how easy riding was, and riding insano-fast straight, the easiest. It's why so many squids die, you can walk in and get zero-down financing on a machine that will hit 180 off the showroom floor the first mile you drive it, no skill required. As long as you're going super fast in a straight line with no hazards that's fine, even easy. It's the rest of it that's hard, especially LOW speed.

  6. I have my tiny Ninja 500, first and only bike I've ever been on, and like I tell people, it's the slowest vehicle I own, it only goes 120mph lol, but it's the QUICKEST thing I've ever driven. I had to adapt, I remember pulling out into interstate traffic and thinking "Oh man those cars are coming real fast braaapbraaaaap oh shit I'm going 95." and that traffic is back in the distance. 50hp doesn't sound like a lot, but in a 360lb vehicle, IT IS.
