  8. If you're too LAZY to eat, that's just evolution, natural selection will conspire with physical reality to make you pay for that choice. So what is it, did the veganism ruin her cognition to the point she was too spaced to remember to eat, or what? Yes, her eating disorder complicated by politically motivated arbitrary dietary restrictions caused her to CHOOSE not to get the help she needed, and she killed herself via those choices. We agree on all that. Still not sure how her not eating meat is connected to her dying from choosing not to eat it or anything.

I had OG alpha COVID before there was a vax, and it was a day of being tired and some sniffles, done in 48 hours, and I was mid30s and 300lbs. It was no big deal for me or anyone I knew, so why get a vaccine for something you already had the worst version of. I got chickenpox as a kid to get vaccinated, before there was a vaccine. Anyway, comply harder

  11. Also, I went full carnivore two years ago, down 110lbs, deadlift past 300lbs, run 6 miles a day, better shape at 40 than I was at 18, when bread and soda was my diet. Meat is food, fat is fuel, grain is poison, vegetables are seasoning, sugar is heroin.

  17. If I can't fast before a workout, I don't workout. For me it's always eat after any training, feel way too heavy otherwise. A few liters, yes full liters, 2 or so, of water prior, that's mandatory though. I'm going out for 6 miles with no stops or breaks.
