  1. That's like being 'afraid' of cancer. I don't fear it like it's hiding around a corner waiting to jump out, or I get it from not wearing a mask that one time lol. But it is a prescient CONCERN. I don't smoke, I eat less red meat, I run, I don't eat sugar so I can REDUCE those concerns. MITIGATION is not a bad word! AVOIDING KNOWN COMMON SENSE DANGER IS BEING NORMAL.

  2. Exactly. I was mentored in my current career, and I didn't even DESCRIBE it as that relationship until I'd been there 5 years. It was then two MORE years mentorship and I could test and get the same certification level my mentor held...now it's on ME to mentor the NEXT protege for 5+ years. I had a mentee for 2 years but administration changed their benefits and drove them out, an 18+ year organization employee, gone, 3 years of my professional investment and education, gone.

  3. And yes, I work in a male only workplace, and I'm glad because I'm the sole single man there. I don't date coworkers, never have, I grew up in the 80s and heard 10,0000000000 times growing up romance has no place in the workplace

  4. New rule, if she cites inebriation negates consent, and she gets pregnant SHE then cannot consent to an abortion, because she didn't consent to the pregnancy so she abandons all rights. BOY I bet that idea changes FAST.

  5. Women only have to worry about getting attacked and killed by mostly men. MEN have to worry about being attacked by those same men AND any woman that feels like it. WAY more dangerous as a man, because EVERY person says F them it's just a man.
