Right, I'm saying all the stuff im saying not to just say it, to be heard, I can do that in my bathroom or on a podcast. No, I'm coming to a professional to hear my issues and give solutions.
I don't hire an engineer to consult about this structure I need work on and he listens to the problem, takes a look, and says come back 15 more times so we can talk about it.
No, they look at the situation, ask clarifying questions, then draw up a plan to deal with the issue, and follow through until it's solved.
That's what I expect from therapy, like taking my car to the shop or having construction done. There's a problem, a process to solve it, that work, and a follow up and maintenance.
How hard is that for mental health? And if it's not working, try something else! I see people bang their head against the wall for decades with therapy and fail.
