My boss at work lost me respect in the same meeting he promoted me, because he called the man I was replacing "a little yappy dog, but YOU get that...". No sir I don't get that, he was a friend I worked beside for years. Same boss used the term "n-word rich" conversationally which cost him the rest of his respect points. He's showed me his real self, and I believe him.

I'm 40, and my mother abandoned me to adoption at birth, so the knowledge that the only woman who could ever truly love me, didn't, makes it hard to imagine one ever will, and their actions have so far matched that expectation. The people who accept, love, and nurture/protect me have always been fellow men.

For men it's more like I haven't even asked or tried to date since 2008 and no one has volunteered to help with that either. Her loneliness is not the right friends loving her, male loneliness is zero friends at all.

Sorry, passing all the empty stair steppers to get on the one next to me, then watching my phone to see what I'm doing, and flipping your hair at me, that's not an approach, that's just being there. Use your words. Hottest thing a woman can do in my mind is take what she wants, so do it.

  14. My advice to women is be simple and direct, put yourself next to him, say hi, tell him he's cute, touch his arm, and tell him to ask you out sometime. Done. You got him. Most men would be flattered and into that, because it's straightforward and genuine. Just make sure your attraction to him is genuine and straightforward.
