What amazes me is MSNBC ran a video today saying how this testimony convicts Kyle, and that the video showing him attacking the helpless Gaige, the 'good guy with a gun', is the star witness that will sink him. It's literally one movie, two screens, and those way out in left field are not watching objective reality. In the same report they also stated straight faced that the protests were over the police KILLING of Jacob Blake. Jacob Blake is ALIVE, so big fail there.

Which is ironic because non-police citizens are held to a far lower standard of use of deadly force. No department policies apply to non-police. No limits on state authority, hell in my state you can sue the PD for use of deadly force, but non-police have lawsuit shielding. We're not subject to review boards or insurance requirements either. So my test of a reasonable situation is 'Would legal concealed carrier ME 'get away' with what I had to do? no? Then for sure the PD can't get away with it. If unrestricted me is held accountable, then they have to be.

An actual whataboutism should make YOU ask questions about YOUR OWN conduct. The reaction should never be "See, they're just as bad!", but rather "Wait, am I just as bad as them? Oh no, what have I done?". Exposing hypocrisy should not be a defense, it should be your wakeup call to self-awareness.

How can non-police use of force be more restricted than police use of force? For one, no non-officer, at least in my state, is subject to local police department employment policies, not subject to union protections, not compelled to testify, and their firearm/ammo choices are not mandated. In my state, officers have no protection against civil suit other than sovereign immunity, whereas a person using deadly force now has immunity from all civil suit in a self-defense case, it's ruled justified you can't even try to sue the shooter, meanwhile big city PDs are paying out millions for police shootings.

The method is proscribed by law. In my state for example, a deadly weapon is defined as a firearm, a knife, a sap, a baton, and so on. Using any of those is equal use of deadly force under the law. I have a gun, you pull a knife, equal confrontation. I have a knife and you extend a baton, to the law it's like we both have machine guns. And a state ccw permit allows the carrying of all of those. Just using deadly force doesn't mean someone dies. Just pulling a gun and that making some assailant flee is a use of deadly force.

As far as media lies, I still can't believe this week MSNBC stated in a segment that the Kenosha riots were in response to the police KILLING of Jacob Blake. That had to be a willing lie. It's too big a 'mistake' to be a mistake, it was a deliberate gaslight to inflame their viewers.

This is rapidly approaching a point where we just pay all our players nothing. You cover their travel, you cover their medical, and their entire salaries, whatever it is, go to a charity or cause. Take the profit motive out of the game and make it about the game. They can solicit sponsorships.

Middle child, four sisters, and two half-sisters, and I turned out ok. It's made me virtually blind to women showing attraction to me though, I'm used to always having nice women doing nice things for me, so when ones I'm not related to do it because they're trying to get with me, I'm oblivious. I'm used to nothing but female attention, you have to SPEAK to me, women. Also, the BS is useless on me. I know the tears are fake, I've laughed at every crying women since I was 10, no one is buying it. It helps my sisters are all based, they'll tell me a chick is ugly before I realize it lol. I'm easy to please, it's my family you'd have to impress and compete with, women.

My personal litmus test is this: As a non-police citizen, I'm subject to LESS regulation and policy in the use of deadly force to defend my life, so my question is always "Would I 'get away' with what the PD did in whatever situation? If the answer is no, then damn sure they, held to a higher standard and trained to KNOW BETTER, shouldn't. Qualification and training is always a bad excuse to me, because if you're trained and qualified, it means YOU KNEW BETTER.
