  14. You give the answer to the jury to include them and have them identify with you. When giving snarky or mean answers, you should address those to the lawyer. You DON'T want them feeling like they are in a duel.

  16. Yes, I was waiting for the "I ordered the Code Red!" as she was coming unhinged. Then she said she wrote it, it as about JD and with malice towards his "power". She wrecked weeks of legal work in less than two minutes and did not even notice (like Nicholson's character did not notice). I wonder which legal intern drew the short straw to tell her that she destroyed her entire case.
