  5.  @WitnessingTyranny  Nearly all disasters have more than one failed link in the chain. here are several levels of failure, but the 99% of it was the absurd police response. This community needs a total reboot of their entire police presence. The chief, captains, training officers etc.

  8.  @okstever  When we drove past my old HS, my son asked me if that was a prison. It was a windowless building with a high fence. Perhaps that is a way to go.
