Giving the fine was a way to do an end-run and pre-empt criminal charges for the illegal acts. If you are hoping for justice, the DOJ is not going to deliver. Yes, they are laughing at us.

@mcmc7746 Someone told you that we are under martial law? Or are you desperately clinging to a Civil War era exception to the rule of law? Keep at it, but its still not the job of the military to try civilian cases, in THIS universe; the one without martial law. The real world.
