@chrisslater4053 As long as he did not have a warrant, all of that is legal. They cannot be compelled to discuss it.

They only need it to stick well enough to get federal jurisdiction. They had enough for a fugitive warrant. Florida has basically nothing, it's a Wyoming case with federal implications due to the interstate nature. He expected to have a lot longer to play games before her body was found in a multi-state wilderness. Anyone helping him AFTER the warrant would be in world of federal hurt. Before that, anyone could give him cash, drive him around the country, introduce him to special contacts, etc. all without committing a crime. In the absence of evidence, silence is like magic.

Look for the guy wearing a mask outdoors.

They set him up for his evasion well before the warrant. They are in the clear, legally.

@JohnWick-qr4yc He made a living hunting people who already gave up every detail of their lives ( on an island ) in exchange for bail. Dog is attention seeking.

If he resists, a LOT have people have died over less. Al Capone went to Alcatraz over taxes. Feds don't play games.

@Barb4sale Wait and see. The warrant was the tool that gave the FBI unfettered authority to hunt him. Interstate bank felony. Its not like his name is Kennedy, or Bush, or Clinton. Right now he's D.B. Cooper. And the FBI could use a "win" after years of screwups and scandals.

Better to break up via text.

They know a vacuum cleaner guy.

Translation: "We helped him in every possibly way until her body was discovered and a warrant issued. We had hoped for months of preparation before her body might be found, but we have not called his burner phone since the warrant."

@Barb4sale That's just the federal hook that gives the FBI jurisdiction for a national manhunt. Wyoming did not need murder case with a POI 2000 miles away.

According to him.

@Barb4sale Do you think that will be the total charges after he is arrested? That interstate bank warrant gives the feds full authority to hunt him. Wyoming can't effectively do that.
