@ErinsProjects Are any of them well known vloggers with thousands of followers? Is there an obvious suspect showing up 2000 miles from their last sighting in their car? Every missing person deserves a thorough investigation, but not all will receive intense media scrutiny, media drives itself. It'd be nice if we had a world where people did not go missing, and if every crime was done as stupidly as this one, more would be solved. While I do not believe in "systemic racism", I agree that the US does have a phenomenon called "missing white girl syndrome" that looks a LOT like racism. A lot. This just isn't the incident to make that case.
