@montinaladine3264 I'm not certain that N. Korea and Venezuela have anything Russia needs to buy with it. Putin is finding the world's markets closed to him, cash or no.

@hmq9052 Ahh, when he used diplomatic pressure to get an investigation. Are investigations a bad thing now? It's not like he withheld a billion in aid in exchange for firing an investigator. It was Trump who authorized military arms to Ukraine, Obama insisted on only humanitarian aid. Everyone knows that the US is a fickle ally regardless of the administration.
