  1.  @adgeyuk9803  Some of those older "Civilians" fought with the USSR in Afghanistan with these. (Although I can't imagine what they shot AT), they were trained nonetheless and can train many.

  4.  @antoniobrignoni3722  The one difference: Stingers cost $, and Strellas are laying about all over having been abandoned long ago. I wonder how many thousands of them that Ukraine sold back when their pro-Russian government was selling off their weapons.
