  1. The heroes of Finland paid a heavy price, as will the heroes of Ukraine. Poland stood alone against Russia in 1920 and saved a disarmed Germany from conquest. German ingratitude is history, not the future.

  2.  @justinatest9456  If the intention was to end up with a stronger Russia and a weaker NATO, that plan is lost forever. The damage to Ukraine can be rebuilt, the damage to Russia won't be undone for generations.

  4. My beloved Poland has really stepped up yet again. America probably can do little, but I know many American pensioners who are donating what money they can to Polish charities to help with the refugees. May God deliver Ukraine.

  12. The ammunition stores of even a powerful nation at peace is inadequate for a nation at war. Russia is using more "dumb" munitions now because their training supply of "smart" weapons is rapidly depleting. Ukraine could receive the output of sophisticated weapons from a dozen nations, if the west is willing.

  14. The West have never hated the Russian people, but this war may change that for a generation. It breaks my heart for both nations. Putin has done more damage to Russia and it's future than any other leader. There will be a bill to pay for this destruction and murder. Putin needs to be tried in a Russian court for this.

  20.  @lolnoobus  Borders are made by bayonets. So it was in 1920, 1945 and still today. Borders are being made or not at this moment. Thanks to Poland there was no border of an EUSSR.
