  1. Perhaps everyone who has a blog or a Youtube channel has a right to sue for a White House pass. They can move the press conferences to a stadium and everyone's "rights" will be respected. OR A White House pass is a privilege, not a right. CNN has dozens of reporters with passes, so the right to a free press is respected. My reading of the Bill of Rights said nothing about an enforceable right to badger a sitting president or impede the process of a press conference by denying other reporters opportunity. Acosta has free speech, he can stand outside the gate and face his camera and spout off all he wants with no loss of rights.
