  2. Eliminate the police and the courts. People can just settle injustices by simple revenge. The people gave authority to the police to handle criminals and if the people have decided that "The Purge" is better, go for it. Test drive it in California. If the police even took a week off the job en masse, the US would dissolve into something like "The Road Warrior" before the weekend. The solution is for cops to stop covering for their "brothers" and police themselves so that the people don't have to.
