  5. The document in question was dated before the last presidential election. They expected Hillary to win and their deeds would never see daylight. They lost and here we are FOUR YEARS later. Most is being withheld hoping for a Biden victory. Either the US has the least efficient justice system on Earth or the most corrupt. I've seen them move at a near impossible speed when someone is a threat to them. Justice will not be found.
