  1. Those were the years that the US BEGAN sending arms to Ukraine, Obama would only send humanitarian aid like food and blankets.

  2.  @jacquelinel1618  The CIA does whatever they want. They once set up a stinger missile factory in The Navaho Nation, to get around public policy on arms exports. And yet, Obama prohibited arms exports to Ukraine. I guess the CIA was training those guys on how to make molotov cocktails. Obama on the subject of Russian expansionism: "The 80's called, they want their foreign policy back". Yeah, that was the age of preparing Ukraine for invasion. LOL, With that being said, Ukraine did for years, auction off its military assets until they were about 1/8 of what they had inherited from the USSR, so I do not fall into the trap of blaming US Administrations for anything except ignorance. Ukraine is paying a price for its years of military neglect.
