  1. She is uninterested in the primary. She is allowing the party to know that she is "available" and anticipating a brokered convention where she can save the party by accepting the nomination. She has the party insiders in her pocket and the money backers lined up to convince the party in the back room that she is the anointed one. Yet again, the primary voters will mean nothing to the DNC.
