If the Russians take Ukraine, they will never have enough forces to occupy it. It appears that they have switched to a plan of total destruction. This cannot be permitted. The west should demand that Putin be arrested by Russian authorities and delivered for war crimes trials. Incentive: That lets a lot of generals off the hook. Alternatively, Russia can "retire" Putin. House arrest is appropriate. I have always loved he people of Ukraine AND Russia. The future depends on both being free peoples.
