  11. It is time for Russian military to rethink their political leadership. Retire Putin and save Russia from decades of isolation and privation. He has restored a Stalinist police state. The world has never wanted the Russian people to suffer; their masters do not care about the people as long as their private jets and yachts are secure. War deaths and suffering can stop. Arrest Putin.
