  1. I'm so old that I can remember when real journalists would dig those details up without waiting for the official release. That went the way in journalism school with grammar and spelling, replaced by poorly done advocacy.

She has to rebuild the entire DOJ with actual law enforcers first, if we're lucky, the inside-the-beltway culture can be improved in a couple of years; There will be victories and justice might...might be restored.

  3. The deep state is made of partisan Democrat appointees, historically shielded by their loyalist investigators, activist prosecutors and Democrat appointed judges. I think the current administration is working on it, but the task is overwhelming and resistance ( like destroying evidence ) makes real justice slow.
