  3. If they are going to threaten an extinction event in every conflict, they really don't need an army at all. "Surrender or we nuke you." Is NOT a demonstration of strength, but of weakness.

  4.  @CCPell  Then it is time for Pakistan and India to become permanent members of the UN Security council, as their "Power" to perform non-consensual X-rays is now in the same neighborhood as that of Russia. If you only consider the strength of a nation by it's power to irradiate your bones, armies and navies have all become irrelevant and we should get right with whatever god we prefer.
