As a multilingual person, you know that translation is subjective, and one should not be locked in to ONE translator's interpretation. As translated into English "Cleansing of society" [of traitors] Is there a medical context in play? The historical and regional context harkens back to the glory days of Stalin.

  6.  @danthe3d71  That's a whole country full of supply clerks and mechanics and sailors. In any large nation 80%-90% of the miliary are needed to support the combat arms. This is even more so when active combat is ongoing. Russia has thrown it's orc army at the wall and is committing it's reserves. Russia's conventional forces grow weaker by the day.
