A rarity in this trial, an unpaid witness with no family connection.

@shawonmia2290 And he STILL gets nothing out of that.

That's what he wanted, a public airing of his side. He would win regardless of the decision, but I think today buried her case. Tonight, she's gonna beat someone.

TMZ may rethink their severance packages now, for the sake of loyalty.

She had won it all. If she did not have to get in "one more dig" with the op-ed, she'd still be fine.

I don't know this jury, but when someone tells me a lot of lies, I tend to ignore everything they have to say.
4
The jurors will not want to feel like "suckers" they're going to burn her. She overplayed her game.

There's always pole dancing.

@brianbrooking496 Like that hasn't been a work-in-progress for some time. Why do you think he just started hiring scrappy lawyers?
2
"Overruled" is a word you hear after a bad objection. It's been quite a circus.

@justinedruiz8994 Truth

But, what about the muffins?
2
@shaimaaabuamer She wanted a team that was a good fit.

I figure shes scribbling psycho drawings of witnesses and daggers etc.

Courts normally HATE making perjury charges except when a witness in a criminal case stiffs the prosecution. I think that since this entire case has been based on perjured testimony, and tied up the court for weeks, MAYBE the state will step up and enforce the law to protect the court system. If perjury becomes commonplace, then no testimony can be trusted. She just might have stepped in it.

@jdelavega46 This will be a mini-series of some sort.

@hellogracexyz No doubt. Too bad for her that blackmail is a felony and some people will eat the embarrassment to make the case. David Letterman outed himself for something when Robert Halderman tried to blackmail him for 2 million dollars. Halderman got a felony conviction for his effort.

@Sjcstro84 LOL, for sure.

@Sadistiq SNL writers?

@jonb8430 That seems possible.

@itsoktonotbeok8983 I did not believe that it was possible for him to get a "win" in court, but after watching the sh!t-show of her defense, I think he will.

@itsoktonotbeok8983 You cannot prove a negative, but you can prove that your accuser is a liar. As for identifying him: If I claim to be a victim of sibling abuse and only have the one sibling, it becomes easily clear. She was sufficiently specific about the timing. This is why the entire case for both sides has been about credibility rather than the nuances of the law. In a typical case he'd lose for certain, but juries decide in mysterious ways. Time will tell.

@itsoktonotbeok8983 It would indeed have been an easy win for her to say " I was NOT speaking of Johnny Depp." case dismissed. Her intent was indeed to smear JD and that is why she dug in and is fighting the case as though it IS about him and surrendered that defense. She cannot say that her experience with DV had nothing to do with him while giving sworn testimony that he was her abuser. The circular logic of the law; his burden of proof is to prove that her statement is false, thus if she can provide sufficient evidence to the jury that her statement was indeed true, then he loses. Truth is the universal defense against defamation. He must prove to a standard of "more likely than not" that he did nothing, in their private home, a logical impossibility. There are, of course, other elements as well, but none of those are logical impossibilities. I can see a jury finding both of their claims invalid, and he still will not have wasted his money.

Amber will go after their licenses when she loses.

Cash those checks before they bounce.

He would have faded quickly, but she set herself up for the shot.
