  4.  @tinameyer7080  OJ Simpson was found liable for the deaths of Goldman and Simpson AFTER being tried and found "not guilty". They have enough to get it into a court and the court can decide the merits. Cases are decided by judges and juries, not by commenters like you or I.

  5. You can be sued for many things which are not actual crimes. It's worth a try. You don't have 5th amendment rights in a civil suit.
