  2.  @tovarco  "The ladder" came from Home Depot, bought that day, it was not actually used to access the roof. A young man found another way up. I hope this helps.

  3. The cop left the roof a few seconds before the shots. If he had called literally EVERYONE on all bands, it would have changed nothing, likely he did call and report. Have you met a lot of cops who get guns pointed at them and they DON'T call for help? I would guess that if the call was recorded you'd hear the shots in the background. The last 5 seconds are not the problem, it was the 30 minutes spent getting a cop to the roof.

  11.  @skankhunt3624  There is an industry built around the reasoning that Oswald had a LOT of help. I do not, however, believe that this case which is obviously systemic incompetence is a conspiracy, except for the known conspiracy to reduce American excellence to mediocrity across the board.
