  1. A serious tip for people with weight issues: DONT use elastic trousers/skirts! Get a belt or non-elastic corset ... and use them to "control your appetite". This is my personal experience, because I started to "widen" when I switched to comfy jogging trousers. Oh and on the topic of "evil corsets" ... that reputation is just a consequence of the victorian times where fainting women got into the newspaper while the 99.999% of the other women werent. So our perception of that is seriously skewed.
