  2. Yes, but "the court" needs to know it. That is one of the rules in a society under the RULE OF LAW. Sadly ... we also have the "court of public opinion" ... and this one is steered by Twitter, the news media and screeching activist harpies.

You can see the LIES easily ... from just one picture her team will bring up as "evidence": the wine splattered on the wall, which is "many PERFECTLY ROUND but small drops" ... which were supposedly created by "JD swinging a bottle of wine". Do the "CSI bloodsplatter analysis" and try to recreate it ... swinging a bottle around should have made the drops into horizontal streaks ... but since they are round ... SOMEONE DIPPED A FINGER INTO A GLASS OF WINE AND FLICKED IT TOWARDS THE WALL! This is EASY TO SEE ... and everyone can figure this out.
