You CAN BE "controlled" in an audio recording for a while ... but these recordings are HOURS long. Not many are capable of keeping up that control for that long, especially not when it involves alcohol (which is the "diet" of Amber Heard). Thus these audios are VERY GOOD evidence IMO.

4:00 SPEED is more important for a direct punch to be effective and most untrained people are probably not prepared for defensive movements that should be taken ... because they need to "think about / invent it in the moment". Neither of these two give the impression of being "trained fighters". On the topic of "hitting/punching" there is also the topic of HURTING YOURSELF, which is why boxing "in the good old days without gloves" did NOT include many hits to the face ... and thus resulted in far less BRAIN DAMAGE than todays boxing with gloves and FREQUENT HITS TO THE HEAD. The topic of "damage to yourself" is important for the claims of Amber Heard that she was "hit in the head to create two black eyes and a broken nose" ... by Johnny Depp WITH A FEW RINGS, which would have increased the damage to Amber BUT ALSO TO JOHNNY, because they would provide a "breaking edge" for his own finger bones / a "vise" (in addition to the bones) to crush his finger muscles between bone and ring.
