  1. BELIEVE is a word that should have no place in a court of law ... PROVE is the one that needs to take its place. SADLY - and this is where POLITICS comes into it - "ideologies that run on BELIEF" are dominating our societies ... and thus the arguments in court also change from "I can PROVE IT" to "I can CLAIM IT and you HAVE TO BELIEVE ME".
