  2. 4 kids will mean she has to be at several places at the same time ... and since it is the USA you need someone to DRIVE THE KIDS there. Here in Germany you can send the kids to "go there by themselves" in most of the country ... because a) public transport and bicycles are a thing, b) the cities are built to be walkable and "intermingled" (=NOT "purely housing" as in US suburbia) and c) people arent maniacs on the road and actually look out for children instead of "aiming for the stupid cyclist that dares to drive on the road".
